Coaching & Mentoring Programme – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients enrolled in any Nail Tech Business Coaching / Mentoring Programme (the “Programme”). By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Programme Description

1.1 The Programme is a 6-week business coaching and mentoring service designed for self-employed nail technicians.

1.2 The Programme includes:

  • Six (6) one-hour coaching calls (online)
  • Business guidance, accountability, and strategic support
  • Worksheets, resources, and tasks to be completed independently by the client

1.3 The Programme is educational and advisory in nature. No guarantees are made regarding income, bookings, or business outcomes.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

2.1 The Programme is application-only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

2.2 The Coach reserves the right to accept or decline any application at their sole discretion.

2.3 The Programme is intended for qualified nail technicians operating as sole traders or self-employed individuals. It is not suitable for hobbyists or complete beginners.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The success of the Programme depends on the Client’s participation, honesty, and willingness to implement changes.

3.2 The Client agrees to:

  • Attend scheduled coaching calls on time
  • Complete agreed actions and tasks between sessions
  • Communicate openly and respectfully
  • Take responsibility for their decisions and actions

3.3 The Coach is not responsible for lack of results due to non-implementation, lack of effort, or circumstances beyond their control.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

4.1 Coaching calls are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.

4.2 Missed calls:

  • Calls cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
  • Calls missed without notice are forfeited.

4.3 In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may reschedule a call at their discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

5. Payment & Fees

5.1 Full payment or an agreed payment plan must be completed prior to the Programme start date.

5.2 All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Programme.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Due to the nature of coaching services and the allocation of time and resources, all payments are non-refundable.

6.2 No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed calls
  • Failure to complete the Programme
  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations

6.3 The Client may withdraw from the Programme at any time; however, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided.

7. Coach’s Right to Terminate

7.1 The Coach reserves the right to terminate the Client’s participation without refund if the Client:

  • Is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate
  • Fails to engage with the Programme
  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions

7.2 Termination will result in immediate loss of access to coaching calls and materials.

8. Confidentiality

8.1 Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential.

8.2 The Client agrees not to share, distribute, or reproduce Programme materials without written consent.

8.3 The Coach may use anonymised insights or results for marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All Programme materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content remain the intellectual property of the Coach.

9.2 Materials are for the Client’s personal business use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed.

10. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

10.1 The Coach makes no guarantees regarding business growth, income, or client results.

10.2 Results vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation.

10.3 The Programme does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in the Programme.

11.2 The Client remains solely responsible for their business decisions and outcomes.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, or acts of God.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Agreement

14.1 By enrolling in the Programme, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
