In the event that one of our items reaches you in a faulty or unusable condition, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please note that wax melts are made with love by hand in our witches kitchen. The very nature of wax means that it is soft but can be slightly brittle. We make our wax with intention. Like us, the wax has lumps, bumps and is sometimes crumbly around the edges. In some instances it may be snapped. This does not affect the intention we put into it or how you use it and is not covered by the 'faulty or unusable' clause. It it however part of our witchy rustic aesthetic.  Unfortunately, not liking the fragrance of a scent once melted/burned is not covered for reasons for return.

If for any reason you change your mind with part or all of your order, you have 14 days after receipt to let us know you want to return it to us. The items MUST be in the original condition & packaging as well as in original and resalable condition in order for us to be able to process a refund. They must be returned to us within 14 days of you letting us know.

This refund will be made to your original payment method only.

For a change of mind refund, you must return the items to us at your own cost. We recommend you send them well packaged and use tracked delivery. If they are delivered to us damaged or are lost in transit we will be unable to process your refund. Once we receive and checked them, we will then process the refund within 14 days.
